Contracted services

MÍA REEF will provide services in accordance with your selection on the Site for the contracted services. You are considered a customer or use for these purposes.

The prepaid rate for any of MÍA REEF’s facilities, selected by choosing the “Pay Now” or “Book”, option on hotelmiareefislamujeres.com will be immediately charged to the provided credit or debit card. It’s important to note that, discount coupons can only be applied to reservations made with the “Pay Now” option.

By selecting this option, you expressly confirm that you have received all necessary information regarding applicable restrictions for your awareness, security and legal certainty.

Consideration

By entering into this agreement, you commit to paying the total price for the contracted services or adhering to the terms provided in the financing arrangement. This payment ensures that, MÍA REEF can deliver the contracted services, including the application oif any promotions and/or additional services.

For payment obligations incurred in foreign currency to be fulfilled in the United Mexican States, the settlement will be made by delivering the equivalent amount in the local currency., The exchange rate used for this conversion will be based on the rate published in the Official Gazette of the Federation on the day the payment is made.

Liability and Limitation:

MÍA REEF shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising directly or indirectly. This includes any loss of profits or revenue, arising directly or indirectly. This includes any loss of data, use, goodwill or other intangible losses, resulting from: (a) your access to, use of, or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any party unrelated to MÍA REEF, including without limitation, any defamatory, offensive or illegal conduct; or (c) unauthorized access, use or alteration of your content or information.

Cancellation

The contracted services may not be transferred under any circumstances, in case of cancellation you must make the corresponding request to MÍA REEF .

Cancellation requests must be made through the email [email protected], being this the only way to validate date and reason for cancellation and must be in accordance with the cancellation policy that applies to each of the contracted services.

Independence of clauses:

In the event that any provision of these Conditions is declared invalid by the appropriate authority, this shall not affect any other term. In the event of a breach of these Terms, our failure to take immediate action shall not waive any exercise of our rights to which we are entitled.

Applicable law

For the interpretation and enforcement of these terms and conditions, the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of the entity where MÍA REEF is located in the United Mexican States, expressly waiving any other jurisdiction that may correspond to them by reason of their present or future domiciles. Also, the industrial property legislation applicable in the United Mexican States will be applicable.
